To the Honorable Mayor and Councilmen
of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met Wednesday, April 8, 1981. By
majority vote, actual vote counted and in the file, we recommend as follows:
1. That the request of Jerry M. Drury and Louis C. Blattner, Jr. et al.for
rezoning and a Special Use Permit for a four story office building at the
northwest corner of the proposed Eleanor Drive and Silver Springs Road be
approved as indicated below:
a. The triangular area designated as Parcel 1 in the application be rezoned
from R-1 to C-2.
b. A Special Use Permit be granted for a four story office building on
Parcels 1 and 2 as shown on the application.
