The Planning and :zoning Commission met 5lednesday, June 10, 19E1, 3y
majority vote, actual vote counted and in the f,-",, we recommend as follows:
1.. That the preliminary plat of Chapel Hel.Ehts be ap,-roved.
2. That the request of ?loyse Propst, Jr, to vacate an allay bet:reen Lot 110,
'Lock 1C in Red Ctar ;dditinn and Lot 5, Mock 6 in Robertson and Gale
vidition h= approved.
3. That the ordinance relating to variances of the fence regulations presented
by the City of Caro 0irarde::u be dis3pprovcd.
A. That, the request of Colonial Federal S3vinEs and :qan for a 3peeial Use
Permit to allow a multi -family dwelling, in a C-1 zone he approved subject
to a linit of 5 units with the restrirtion that the basement. not be
utilized for l.ivinr area.
