Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met Wednesday, July 8, 1981. By majority
vote, actual vote counted and in the file, we recommend as follows:
1. That the request of the Jarrett Corporation of Jackson, Missouri, to rezone
property at 1424 William Street from R-3 to R-4 be amended to a Special
Use Permit for three apartment units.
