To the Honorable Mayor and Councilmen
of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri

The Planning and Zoning Commission met Wednesday, November 11, 1951. Dy
majority vote, actual vote counted and in the file, we recommend as follows:
1. No one appeared to present the application of Steven and Donna Essner to
rezone 14 and 16 Morgan Oak from R—k to M-1. But as there were six adjoining
property owners represented who expressed opposition to the rezoning, the
.,� Commission voted to consider the application. The Commission voted to deny
the request.
2. That the request of Capitol Hill Gallery of Homes for a Special Use Permit
for an apartment and insurance office in an R-1 zone at 2256 Kingsway Drive
be approved.
J. That the preliminary plat of Hanover Estates be approved.
