The Planning and Loninr Commission met Wednesday, December 9, 1981. T�,,
majority vote, actual vote counted and in the file, we recommend that the request
of Joe A. and Tonna L. Burk for a Special Use Permit for a nursing home on
Lots, 3, and !, of Crites First Addition be approved.
Mr. nary tide, the City Manager, appeared before the Commission to explain
and discuss the Urban Redevelopment Ordinance and the responsibilities enjoined
to the Planning and 7oningCo,imission under this ordinance.
