1. That the request of Hervey Meyer and Morris Haman for vacation of a
portion of Clark Avenue est of 3roadview Street be approved.

and 1822 '19" 3i;, 3end Road from R-1 to R-4 be approved.
3• That the request of Missouri Utilities Company for e Special Use Permit to
erect a small building for storage and maintenance at 20 East Cape Rock
