Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met--.ielnesday, May 12, 1982. Fy
majority vote, <.ctu'1 vote counted and in the file, tie recommend as follows:
1. That the request of C.F. Rudesill, Riverside Home Builders, Inc. to rezone
Lots 218, 219, 220, 221, 222, 232, 233, and 234, Westfield Third Subdi—
vision, from R-1 Single Family to R-4 Multiple Family duelling classifi—
cation be denied.
2. Thr.t the request of lorry Haertling to rezone Lots 2 through 9 Block 1 and
Lots 2 through 9 Block 2, Fr.rr'.r Subdivision, from R-1 Single Family to
C-1 Commerci'1 classification be-nproved.
The Commission also heard c presentation of the preliminary redevelopment
plLn for the downtown are:- by Booker Associates, and accepted the application
of the Redevelopment Corporation. Please be cdvised that the Commission, in
accord=o with Section 27A-6 0£ Ordinance 1660, has set June 9, 1982, at 7:30 P.M.
in City Hall as the date for a public herring regn_rding this application.
