of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met 'Wednesday, June 9, 1982.
No one appeared to present the applications as shown on the agenda.
The Commission decided to consider the application of Larry Haertling for a
Special Use Permit for use of the tract of land at the north end of proposed
Silver Springs Road extension for the operation of a bicycle motocross race
track. By majority vote, actual vote counted and in the file, we recommend that
the Council interpret the planned use of this property as being in conformity
with the present C-2 zoning.
