To the Honorable Mayor and Council
of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met Wednesday, October 13, 1982. By
majority vote, actual vote counted and in the file, we recommend as follows:
1. That the request of James T. Hall, O.D. for a Special Use Permit for an
office at 2532 Marsha Kay Drive be denied.
2. That the request of Robert C. Brown, Sr. for rezoning of property at 2709
Bloomfield from R-4 to G-1 be denied.
3. That the request of Bob Jones to rezone property at 45 North Benton Street
from R-3 to R-4 be denied.
