The Planning and Zoning Commission met Nednesdry, November 10, 1982. By
majority vote,=.ctual vote counted end in the file, we recommend :is follows:
1. Th -.t the request of Riverside Home Builders, Inc. to rezone Lots 232, 233,
234, 222, 2221, 2220, -19 and 218, 6lestfield Third Subdivision from R-1,
Single Family, to R—^, Single F=amily, be denied.
2. That the request of Robert C. and Dorothy Brown for Special Use Permit to
build an addition to the present building at 2709 Bloomfield for :i wholesale
outlet be :approved with the stipulation that the parking requirements be met.
