Gentlemen:
The Pl:ming and Zoning Commission met Wednesday, December 15, 1982. By
majority vote, =etual vote counted and in the file, we recommend as follows:
1. Request of Alan D. and 11crtha R. Fcrrotr for :- Specicl Use Permit for
construction of a rent, -1 storage building for generLl commodities at Mount
Auburn Road approximEtely 535.15 feet south of Kcge Road be approved on the
condition that the owner of Lot . of Chapel Heights be notified.
That the request of Timothy ad BErbar+- iiegenstein for - Speci'l Use
Permit for handmade pottery to be sold wholesale nd at craft markets -.t
119 North Park be approved provided there are no ret-il s:.les.
3. The request of Drury Industries, Inc. for rezoning a tr:.et located on the
west side of Mourt Auburn, crest and north of Themis Street from R-1 to R-4
a^s tabled due to the f:.ct that the preliminary plat, Shenandoah Valley
Park Second, for this area had several items that did not meet the technic -,l
portion of the subdivision regulations so the developer was referred to the
City Engineer to work them out.
4. The preliminrry plat of Greater Cape Girardeau Commercial Center No. Two :-s
submitted, w> -s tabled awaiting additional information from the developer.
