Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met 5ednesday, January 12, 1983. By
majority vote, actual vote counted and in the file, we recommend as follows:
1. That the request of Olivetta J. Kassel and Pat Patterson for a Special Use
Permit for a photography studio and residence at 444 51ashington Avenue be
denied.
�► 2. The request of Ietha Mandrelle for a Special Use Permit to replace present
home with a mobile home at 313 North End Boulevard was tabled; the applicant
is to supply additional information at next month's meeting.
3. That the preliminary plat of Greater Cape Girardeau Commercial Center No. 2
be denied.
