To the Honorable Mayor and Council
of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met Wednesday, February 9, 1983. By
majority vote, actual vote counted and in the file, we recommend as follows:
1. That the request of C. F. Rudesill, Riverside Home Builders, Inc., to
rezone Int 49 of a Replat of Greenwood First, lots 91, 92, and 93 of
Greenwood Second, and an unplatted area between Greenwood First and Second
Subdivisions from R-1 to an R-2 District be approved.

2. That the request of Robert Drury, Drury Development Company, to rezone the
east 85 feet of lot 3 and all of Lots 4, 5, 6, and 7, Block 3 of Farrar
Subdivision from R-1 Single Family to R-4 Multiple Dwelling District be
approved.
3. That the preliminary plat of Shenandoah Valley Park Second be approved
contingent upon Kimberly and Farrar Drives being included in the plat and
that the Shiloh — Kimberly Drive intersection grade be acceptable to City
requirements.
4. That the request of Letha Mandrelle for a Special Use Permit for a mobile
home at 313 North :] d Boulevard be approved provided the flood plain
requirements are met.
5. The developer of Greater Cape Girardeau Commercial Center No. 2 asked that
the preliminary plat be withdrawn for consideration at this meeting.
