CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU

To the Honorable Mayor and Council
of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met Wednesday, March 91 1983. By majority
vote, actual vote counted and in the file, we recommend as follows:
1. That the request of Harry Raster to rezone property at 2005 North Ringshighway
from R-1 Single Family to C-2 General Commercial District be approved.
2. That the request of Bill Adams for a Special Use Permit for used
miscellaneous and furniture items at 1701 Bend Road be approved with the
stipulation that no outside displays be permitted and that it comply with
City ordinances as to C-1 operation.
3. That the request of Fdward Seagraves to vacate a public alley right-ofYIway
running west from Middle Street in Filburn'a Addition be approved subject
to the approval of St. James AME Church.
4. That the preliminary plat of Girardeau Office Park be approved.
