To the Honorable Mayor and Council
of the 'City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met TJednesday, April 13, 1983. By
majority vote, actua- vote counted and in the file, we recommend as follows:
1. That the request of Cape Bible Chapel for a Special Use Permit for a church
on Kage Road approximately 500 feet west of Mount Auburn Road be approved.
2. That the preliminary plat of a Resubdivision of Doctor's Park Third be
`► approved.
3. That the request of Drury Development Corporation to rezone property
located on the east side of Silver Springs Road and north of Bloomfield
Road at Blattner Drive from C-1 — local Comercial to C-2 — General
Commercial be approved.
No action was taken on the request of Bill James and Sarah Hale for a
Special Use Permit for a beauty shop at 504 South Frederick and the application
is being returned because the owner of the property has not signed the application
as is required.
The Commission hereby requests that all information concerning the items on
the agenda be provided to all it's members prior to the meeting.
