To the Honorable Mayor and Council
of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met 'Wednesday, May 11, 1983. By majority
vote, actual vote counted and in the file, we recommend as follows:
1. That the request of carry Haertling to rezone property at 3000 Gordonville
Road from a C-3 and R-1 District to a C-1 Commercial be approved.
2. That the request of L. C. Blattner, Jr. to rezone Lots 8 and 9 of Block 1
of Northview Acres from R-1 to a C-1 District be approved.
