To the Honorable Mayor and Council
of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri
Gentlemen:
The Planning and .zoning Commission met dednesday, July 13, 1983• By
majority vote, actual vote counted and in the file, we recommend as follows:
1. That the request of Cape County Securities Company for a Special Use Permit
to enlarge the cemetery and the cemetery office and to reconstruct cemetery
machine storage sheds and shops at Cape County Memorial Park be approved.
2. That the preliminary plat of Cape La Croix apartments Phase III be approved
along Lith an encouragement to the City Council to consider it as five
approved places to facilitate the completion of the project in a timely
manner.
