Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met Wednesday, September 14, 1983. By
majority vote, actual vote counted and in the file, .e recommend as follo.:s:
1. That the request of Missouri Utilities Company for a Special Use Permit to
build a control house on an existing substation site of Independence Street
and Silver Springs Road be ---pproved.
�r- 2. That the request of Gary W. Heuer for a Specicl Use Permit for an apartment
in the lo:Or east end of a building at 731 Jefferson Avenue be approved.
3. That the request of ;lilliam J. Penrod to rezone property at 30 North Hanover
from R-3 Two Family District to an R-4 Multi Family II:;elling District be
denied and also recommend that if he ishes to pursue the matter, he go to
the Board of Adjustment.
No one appeared to present the request of First Exchange Corporation for a
Special Use Permit for a four story bank and office building at 160 Broadvie.
