To the Honorable Mayor and Council
of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met Wednesday, October 12, 1983. $V
majority vote, actual vote counted and in the file, we recommend as follows:
1. That the request of First Exchange Corporation for a Special Use Permit
for a four—story bank and office building at 160 South Broadview Street
Ift- be approved.
2. That the request of William R. and Frankie L. Schott for a Special Use
Permit for a parking lot on Lot 19 of Carol Subdivision be denied.
The applicant did not appear but due to the number of opposing area
residents who did appear, as well as a petition from twenty—nine area
residents objecting to the request, the Commission did consider the
request.
