To the Honorable Mayor and Council
of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met Wednesday, December 14, 1983• By
majority vote, actual vote counted and in the file, we recommend as follows:
1. That the request of 'lest Park Associates, a Limited Partnership, for
modification to the Master Plan dated March 29, 1979, as revised, for the
tract (the "Flan") referenced in the ordinance be approved.
`„ 2. That the request of Clayton Shirrell and John and Mary Welch for zoning
property at 513 South Kingshighway, 2517 Bloomfield, 2531 Bloomfield Road,
2629 Bloomfield Road, and 2707 Bloomfield from R-1, Single Family, to 14-11
Light Industrial, be denied.
3. That the request of the Cape Girardeau Civic Center, Inc. for a Special Use
Permit for a privately operated community building at 232 Broadway be
approved.
4. That the request of Steven and Lonna sssner for a Special Use Permit for a
craft, gift, and antique stop at 16 Morgan Oak be approved.
