To the Honorable Mayor and Council
of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met Wednesday, January 11,
1984. By majority vote, actual vote counted and in the file, we
recommend as follows:
1. That the request of Bernice P. Wright for a Special Use
Permit for making bread products at 823 South Pacific be
approved.
2. That the request of Southeast Missouri State University for
the vacation of a twenty-five foot strip of land currently
a City street at several locations between adjoining
university properties be approved. Dr. A. R. Meyer abstained
from voting on this request.
