of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met Wednesday, February 8,
1984.
The proposed Fiscal 1984-1989 Capitol Improvements Program was
sent to the Commission members for their study and recommendations.
Jeff Hancock, Assistant City Manager, appeared to present and
discuss the program with members. Considerable discussion was held
and the Commission hereby recommends that sanitary sewers and streets
be given highest priority and that the multipurpose building continue
to be a high priority item also.
