To the Honorable Mayor and Council
of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met Wednesday, March 14,
1984. By majority vote, actual vote counted and in the file, we
recommend as follows:
1. That the request of Cape Bible Chapel for a Special Use Permit
Lo Dr. Michael Bennett, D.D.S. to use a building for a
professional office and other professional uses at 1200 North
Cape Rock Drive be approved.
Thomas Tucker and Kent Bratton, representatives of the Southeast
Missouri Regional Planning Commission, and City Manager Gary Eide
reviewed the City's Comprehensive Development Plan and entertained
ideas from the commission members as to what should be considered
in updating the plan.
