To the Honorable Mayor and Council
of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met Wednesday, April 11, 1984.
By majority vote, actual vote counted and in the file, we recommend
as follows:
1. That the request of Robert J. Earley, Martin Hecht, and James
Cairy to rezone:
`► a. Lot 12 - Pindwood Park Second, the 2800 block of Whitener
Street (Tract A), from C-2 to R-4 be approved.
b. Lot 15, part of Lot 14, and part of Lot 16 - Crites First
Addition, the 2800 block of Independence Street (Tract B),
from R-4 to C-1 be denied.
