To the Honorable Mayor and Council
of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met Wednesday, December 12,
1984. By majority vote, actual vote counted and in the file, we
recommend as follows:
1. That the request of Glen Kinder for a Special Use Permit
for senior citizen apartments in a C-3 zone at 29 South
Sprigg be approved provided all City codes are met.
2. That the request of McClary McDowell Partnership to rezone
part of Tract 5 of a partition made for the Klages heirs
in Outlet 77 on Thomas Drive from R-1 to C-2 be approved.
The request of Joe and Thelma Walker for a Special Use Permit
to sell automobiles in an R-1 zone at 1828 Big Bend Road was tabled
at the request of the applicant.
