of The City of Cape Girardeau. Missouri
Gentlemen:
Tne Planning and Zoning Commission met Wednesday. March 9.
1986. By majority vote, actual vote counted and in the file. We
act and/or recommend as follows:
1. That the request of Harry A. and Grada M. Naeter to
rezone 2005 North Kingshiahway from R-1 to C-2 be
,�— approved.
2. That the request of Mount Auburn Christian Church
for a Special Use Permit for a modular building for
temporary Sunday School classrooms for a period or
two Years at 930 Mount Auburn Road in an R-1 zone
oe approved with the stipulation that at the end of
one Year plans be presented to show proof that the
building will be removed at the end of the two
Years.
3. That the request of Wanda L. Wright Trust to rezone
2552 Marsha Kay Drive from R-1 to C-2 be approved
with the stipulation that an acceptable landscape
screening design separating the C-2 use from
adjacent residential use be presented to and
approved by the Community Development Department.
4. Lnat the request of Wanda L. Wright Trust, Walter
Wright, and Robert and Gaye Blank for a Special Use
Permit for gasoline pumps at 920 North Kingshighwav
and 2552 Marsha Kay Drive in a C-2 zone be
approved.

Tne Planning and Zoning Commission also held an election of
officers for the Commission. Cleo Mabrey was re-elected as
Cnairman. Dennis Vollink was re-elected as Vice -Chairman, and
Robert Cox was re-elected as Secretary.
