To the Honorable Mayor and Council
of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri
Gentlemen:
The Planning and Zoning Commission met Wednesday, January 11,
1989.
The Commission reorganized and elected officers to serve for
the next year. Dennis Vollink was elected as Chairman of the
Commission, Thomas Holshouser as Vice Chairman, and Robert Cox as
Secretary.
The Commission would like to express it's appreciation to Cleo
Mabrey for his excellent service in serving as Chairman of the
Commission.
A proposed amendment to the Subdivision Regulations was
approved by the Commission and will be forwarded to the City
Council for adoption.
Mr. Kent Bratton, City Planner, advised the Commission of some
items that would be coming before the Commission at their next
meeting.
Mr. Alvin Stoverink, Assistant City Manager, reviewed the
Capital Improvements Budget for the City with the Commission for
their comments and input.
