Executive Session
July 1, 1997
Airport Restaurant Meeting Room
The Airport Advisory Board entered into Executive Session to discuss lease issues in reference to
Enterprise Car Rental.
Mr. Loy presented to the Board City Attorney Eric Cunningham's opinion in reference to
Enterprise Car Rental's request. He feels that a) we can't stop them from coming, but bl can we
allow them to come in without personnel manning the counter.
After discussing the issue, the Board recommended to allow Enterprise Car Rental to open a
facility at the airport if fhcy supply personnel on hand during business hours and if they abide by
the same rules as the existing agencies.
Mr. Loy also pointed out that the I lertz lease will expire December 71. Re -negotiation of the
parking spaces in front of the terminal may be discussed at that time.
II. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further busincsa to discuss in Executive Session, Mr. Ferguson motioned to exit
executive session with Mr. Rollins seconding the motion. The meeting was adjourned at
6:40 p.m.
