I The .Airport Advisory Board entered into Executive Sesuou to discuss lease issues.
LoPresti Mr. Loy reluated ro tttc board referencing a meeting with Mr. Miller, Mr, Mehner, Mr.
Robinson, Mr. Skip Smallwood and the City Council. A conference call was made to Mr. I oPresti
requesting a letter of intent to come to Cape Girardeau contingent upon the City to have 120 days
to find the necessary venture capital. Mr. LoPresti agreed to sign such a letter so that we can move
forward oil this project.
ADJOURNMENT
There beingno further business to discuss in Executive Session, the board exited executive session.
