IV. NEW BUSINESS
A. Airport Street Addresses -Mr. Loy explained that the City is preparing to number all the buildings on the
airport property with proper street address locations fix 911 and shipping address purposes. We have a concern
regarding the length of the current official street names of "Rush H. Limbaugh Jr. Memorial Drive" and 'John E.
Godwin Jr. Memorial Drive". A shorter street name would be preferred, but by no means do we want to take
anything away from the families for which these streets were originally named. Mr. Seesing will talk with the
Limbaugh and Godwin families about our concerns and report back.

Annual Airports Conference. He gave a summary of information contained in the reauthorization bill which will be
copied for the board at the next meeting. He also stated that if 5 3.2 billion dollars is allocated for aviation in the
state budget, we would received SI million annually in grants if our enplanements were over 10,000.

Ramp Replacement Funding - Mr. Loy received a call from the State of Missouri with information that they
have funds allocated for our Changar ramp replacement. Unfortunately. the call was received after the city's
budget process was completed. Mr. Loy is researching the possibility of a State Revolving Loan program for our
portion of the cost of this project.
