H & B Fanns - Mr. Loy explained that the lease with H & B Farms has been rewritten due to the reduction in acreage taken out of the lease for the Object Free Area. A negotiated rate of $95 per acre was agreed upon. This acreage reduction resulted in a decrease of approximately $15,0(10 per year in our budget, hot the ARCH lease makes up the difference in funds. Mr. Keene made a motion to accept the revised lease and Mr. Trickey seconded the motion. The motion passed with a unanimous vote. Renaissance Aircraft - A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) has been sent to John Dearden with Renaissance Aircraft Manufacturing. They have reviewed the MOU and returned it to us with their comments. A response is being prepared for them. 'there appear to be no major stumbling blocks in the MOU to halt the relocation. Mr. Loy explained that initially Renaissance would be utilizing two of Air Evac's corporate hangars and a building off airport property while a facility is being built for them. Cape Avionics - Mr. Loy explained to the board that Cape Avionics is interested in a new facility. They are currently leasing space from Air Evac and also two of the City's [-hangars which are not heated. Mr. Loy requested assistance from the hoard in determining what type of building may be best for them which would be in their price range of S1,500 per month. Air Evac - Mr. Loy updated the board on Air Evac's plans to contact the City in reference to `✓ renegotiating their lease so that the Part 135 contract could be subcontracted to Bill Beard. Should Air Evac approach the City with changes to the lease, we would first of all like to get the land adjacent to the Fast ranhp back that is associated with that lease so that it could be leased out to other interested parties. We would also be willing to make improvements to the buildings at an increased rental rate. The board suggested that when an announcement is made of a new manager, that person should be invited to the next board meeting. 11, ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to discuss in Closed Session, Mr. Ferguson made a motion to exit Closed Session.
