month of December. lie has spoken with Betty Hell and Chuck Howell with Corporate Airlines and will

local Chamber of Commerce. Currently, the Chamber is awaiting a call from Corporate Airlines to help
put together a lunch/flight for area business leaders. Mr. Loy explained that Corporate Airlines is also
willing to give presentations to area service organizations and appear on KFVS" Business Break. In

throughuul the month, but overall the annual Count was above last year.

With Renaissance Aircraft LLC was placed in the board's packet. and that that MOU was approved by
lite Cihr Council at last night's meeting. Mr. Miller also explained that the City of Cape Girardeau will
be receiving $500 for every aircraft sale or, if the aircraft is sold from Cape Girardeau. we will be
receiving sales tax in lieu of the $500. If things go as planned. we could have the ground breaking for
their new facility some time in March.

incorporate this intorntation into our marketing plan. The board agreed that our main goal is to get
enplanements up. Mr. Seesine asked for ideas on what to do locally to obtain inhumation from the
travel agencies It was suggested to host a joint reception for major business leaders and travel agents.
this type of reception would offer the opportunity for Corporate Airlines to have an earned ticket
incenlioc program for the travel agents. And, we could explain to the business leaders and travel agents
how they could benefit if the airport annually reached its goad of 10.000 enplanements.
D. Drury Southwest Signs Lease— Mr. Lov updated the board on the lease agreement with Drury SW
Signs. The City Council did not approve the lease which was submitted to them on December 1 R. 2000.

other similar leases along the interstate. Mr. Loy compared our lease rate to others along the interstate
