Cape Aviation Report — Mr. Loy presented a Cape Aviation Fuel Report for December. Ile indicated that fuel sales were down for the month only in Military sales. Mr. Loy stated that he had spoken with Mr. George James, with the Missouri National Guard, who told Mr. Loy that the majority of the Blackhawks are at war. A good portion of our military fuel sales came from the Blackhawks, as we would regularly see anywhere from two to four come in and fuel at one time. Mr. Loy indicated that fuel sales for the year were up by .9% by the gallon and up 3% in gross sales for the 2003 year. C. American Connection Fourth Round Trip — Mr. Loy presented an update on the progress of establishing the fourth round trip. He said that he had spoken with Mr. Doug Caldwell with Corporate Airlines. Mr. Caldwell said that Corporate is working with Procter & Gamble and have submitted a schedule for three round trips weekly. Corporate is now waiting to hear back from P & G. Mr. Loy stated he was surprised to learn that P & G had signed an agreement with American Airlines for the guaranteed fares proposed to P & G for travel through St. Louis to Cincinatti. Both the Airport and Corporate Airlines are taking strides to notjeopardize Corporate Airline's relationship with American by proposing direct service to Cincinatti. Mr. Loy stated that the three scheduled round trips to Cincinatti would be open to the public. He stated that he has spoken with the Department of Transportation and they are still waiting patiently on us to see how things will turn out. Mr. Loy stated that if the agreement works out between Corporate Airlines and Procter & Gamble on the direct Flight to Cincinatti, that essentially it would be a win-win situation for all parties involved. If American Airlines does not approve Corporate Airlines flying the direct route, however, Corporate will have to drop the idea. E. Update on Control Tower — Mr. Loy stated that not much has changed on the progress of the Control Tower. We are still waiting to hear back from the FAA on the change of the B/C Ratio status.
