Others Present: Bruce Loy, Airport Manager: Angela Ahrens, Administrative Coordinator: Doug Leslie, City

Loretta Schneider, Debra Tracy, John Voss
Mr. Loy introduced the City Council Members to the Airport Board meeting.
1. MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING
The meeting was called to order at 5:30 PM. Mr. Rollins moved and Mr. Shantz seconded the motion
to approve the September 2006 minutes. The motion passed by unanimous vote.
IL OLD BUSINESS
A. Airport Activity Report — Mr. Loy presented an Airport Usage Report for September 2006. Mr. Loy
stated that passenger boardings increased 17% from September 2005 and year-to-date they are up 120/
overall. Mr. Loy noted that there were only 4 cancellations for the month. Mr. Loy reported that Air
Traffic numbers are also up substantially. He explained to the Board that the increase is mainly due to
the local gyro-copter, however we did accrue much of that traffic for both the Radio -Controlled Jet
Show and the Commander Fly -In.
B. Cape Aviation Report — Mr. Lov presented a Cape Aviation Fuel Report for September. Mr. Loy
reported that fuel sales were up 10% for the month of September and for the )car -to -date they are up
7% overall.
HL NEW BUSINESS
A. Joint Meeting with City Council — Mr. Loy informed City Council members of the current and future
projects at the Airport.

the formal meeting was adjourned and the Board and Council went on tours of the Commander Premier
facilities.
