Others Present: Bruce Loy, Airport Managcr, Angela Wilder, Administrative Coordinator
t. CLOSED SESSION
Property Acquisition - Mr. Loy informed the board that he had a meeting with Doug Lipps and
Rick Kmoze about 60 acres of land that is in close proximity to the airport, but is owned by the Lipps
family. He report that Mr. Lipps stated that they are thinking about selling the property and would
prefer working with the city. Mr. Loy informed the Board that he has another meeting with them on
Wednesday, October 17. He stated that an appraisal review would be required from MoDOT and the
state will pay 90% of the fair market value.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:18 p.m.
