Members Present: Justin Albright, Sam Blackwell, Craig Bohnsack, Robert Cork, John Dissauer, Fred
Eggley, Gerry Keene, Mark Scesing
Others Present: Bruce Loy, Airport Manager; Katrina Amos -Atkins, Administrative Coordinator;
Derrick Irwin, Cape Aviation Supervisor
1. OLD BUSINESS
A. Project Updates -
2010 Air Festival Update- Mr. Loy informed the Board of the items that need to be completed
before the show. There are two (2) air show meetings left before the actual show. Mr. 1,oy stated
courtesy cars look to be in order but we are still am in need of volunteers to pick up and return the
vehicles. He also staled that a lot of help will be needed the days leading up to the show. He
stated someone is needed to assist with the accounting.
Mr. Seesing stated everything is in order with regards to the Blue Angels and the Golden Knights.
Angel 7 will arrive early in the week with the others arriving Thursday morning. He stated the
Golden Knights will also arrive on Thursday so we need to make sure the courtesy cars are at the
airport and ready for both teams.
Mr. Albright reported the air show t -shirts will be ready to pick up by the end of the week. He
passed around copy of the final version of the shirt. He stated they gave us a really gond discount
on the shirts and they turned out very well.
Discussion continued on the subject.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:15p.m.
