CAPE AVIATION CONFERENCE ROOM

NEW BUSINESS
A. Capital Improvements Program — Mr. Lov informed the Board that the City is in
the process of updating the Capital Improvements program. He went over some of
the projects he would like to add and asked for feedback from the Board on
anything they would like to see included. Mr. Albright stated he would like to see
the airport terminal moved up in order of priority in regards to improvements such
as new signage. flooring, seating areas, etc. Discussion continued on the topic.
B. 2012 Air Festival — Mr. Loy updated the Board on the progress he's made in
planning the 2012 air festival. He noted that one of the acts he originally planned
`. to host has since cancelled. I le also noted that he will be attending the 2012 ICAS
conference in December and hopes to have a better idea of performers for the show
when he returns. Mr. Loy is not sure of the format he would like to use for this
year's show. lie mentioned the possibility of making the air show free to the public
but stated it depends on sponsorships. Discussion continued on the subject.
