I. MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING:
"Ihe meeting was called to order at 5:07PM. The meeting began without a quorum;
minutes from the previous meeting were not approved. August 2012 minutes will be
approved at the next meeting.

None
III. OLD BUSINESS
A. Airport Activity Report- Mr. Loy informed the Board that there were
discrepancies found in the August 2012 activity report so it would not be
presented at this month's meeting. Ile hopes to have it corrected for the nest
meeting.
0.. B. Cape Aviation Report- Mr. Irwin presented the Cape Aviation Fuel Report for
August 2012. The Board briefly reviewed the numbers for the month.
C. Project Updates —
o Hangar/Lease Update — Mr. Loy reported to the Board that Cardinal
Glennon made an amendment to their first lease to reflect their move from
Cape Aviation to the old Arch hangar living quarters. Mr. Loy said the
amendment is being reviewed by the city attorney's office and should be
approved soon.
c Terminal Updates — Mr. Loy informed the Board that airport staff is
currently working on the installation of the arrival/departure screen for the
airline. The city IT department has ordered the necessary cable to finish the
installation. It was also noted that the counter in the Enterprise arca has
been removed and we are currently working on furnishing the area. Mr. Loy
hopes to have this completed before the open house event.
c Open House/Aviation Day Updates — Mr. Loy informed the Board that
open house committee and volunteers will have their final meeting
tomorrow to go over last minute details. Discussion continued on the topic.
o EVC Conference (EVCCON)— Mr. Loy updated the Board on the logistics
for the EVCCON car races.
