I. MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING:
I lie meeting was called to order at 11:36am. Mr. Welker moved and Mr. 'Ducker seconded
the notion to approve the February 9, 2016 minutes. The motion passed by unanimous cote.

111. OLD BUSINESS
A. Airport Activity Report — Mr. Loy presented the Airport Activity Report for February
2016. Airline enplanentents were up 7u from the previous month. There were len (1 O)
cancellations, which were mostly weather related. the load factor was low but is typical
and expected for this time of year.
Airport Yraffic was up 400,, for the month and up21 Oo year-to-date. Jet A fuel sales were
down which could also be attributed to weather. 1001.1. fuel sales remained normal fin'
the month.
B. Cape Aviation Report — Mr. Irwin presented the Cape Aviation Fuel Report for February
2016. Mr. Irwin reported that weather was a contributing factor in fuel sales for the
month, with several days with high winds.
C. Project Updates —
• 10/28 Lighting Project Mr. Loy informed the Board he received a 30%
preliminary design report on the 10/28 lighting project. There are potential issues
with moving the loop connected to the runway visual range (RVR) equipment. A
meetine with local PAA ol7icials has been scheduled to further discuss. -Ibis
project is still on schedule for bidding in rico (2) to three (3) months.
