RE: Fuel Farm Relocation
Dear Mark:
Please be informed that the Airport Advisory Board
considered your request for an extension in the relocation of the
Fuel Farm at the Airport. As you are aware, the original time
extension granted by the Airport Board expires Monday, June 7,
1993 (60 days from your initial one year time frame in the
lease). The Airport Board's recommendation, although not
unanimous, was not to oppose a 60 day extension to expire on
August 6, 1993, with the recommendation that no further
extensions be granted.
Progress on movement of the Fuel Farm will be closely
monitored and failure to meet the second time extension would
constitute a breach of the lease agreement. For these reasons,
please keep the Airport Manager's office advised of your progress
on this required work.
If you have any questions or desire additional information,
please do not hesitate to contact me.
Very t ly yours,
Dou las K. Leslie
