The meeting was called to order at 4:33 p.m. by Chairman McClanahan. Bill Walker made
motions to accept the minutes of both the regular and executive sessions, the motions were seconded
by Dan Overbey and the Board unanimously approved.
A motion was made by Bill Walker to enter into executive session, seconded by Dan Overby
and approved by the Board.
The Airport Board came out of executive session at 6:06 P.M.. The next meeting of the
Airport Board was set for January 5, 1993 at 4:00 P.M.. There being no further business, the meeting
adjourned.
