Discussion of Parks, Recreation, and Stormwater Sales Tax Renewal (PRS2)
The City Council of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, may, as a part of a study session or regular or
special City Council meeting, hold a closed session to discuss legal actions, causes of legal action or litigation,
leasing, purchasing or sale of real estate, hiring, firing, disciplining, promotion of personnel, employee labor
relations, or confidential or privileged communications with its attorneys. Specifically, the City Council will
hold a closed session to discuss legal actions and litigation, confidential communications with legal counsel,
property acquisition, and personnel matters, pursuant to RSMo. Sections 610.021(1), 610.021(2), and 610.021
(3).
