SPECIAL SESSION — APRIL 5, 2013
CALL TO ORDER
The Cape Girardeau City Council convened in special session on Friday, April 5, 2013, at 5:00
p.m., with Mayor Pro Tempore John Voss presiding and Council Members Ray Buhs, Meg Davis,
Mark Lanzotti, and Loretta Schneider present. Mayor Harry Rediger and Council Member Trent
Summers were absent.
ADOPTION OF THE AGENDA
A Motion was made by Mark Lanzotti, Seconded by Meg Davis to approve and adopt.
Motion passed. 5-0. Aye: Buhs, Davis, Lanzotti, Schneider, Voss Absent: Rediger, Summers.
DECLARE RESULTS
Mr. Voss stated that the April 2, 2013, municipal election results had been received from County
Clerk Kara Clark Summers. Pursuant to Section 7.09(a) of the City Charter, the City Council
canvassed the returnsand declared the results of the April2, 2013, general election
The results of the election were as follows:

A Motion was made by Mark Lanzotti, Seconded by Loretta Schneider to 4)prove.
Motion passed. 5-0. Aye: Buhs, Davis, Lanzotti, Schneider, Voss.Absent: Rediger, Summers.
MEETING ADJOURNMENT
A Motion was made by Mark Lanzotti, Seconded by Meg Davis to adjourn.
Motion passed. 5-0. Aye: Buhs, Davis, Lanzotti, Schneider, Voss.Absent: Rediger, Summers.
