Specifically, the City Council will hold a closed session to discuss legal actions and litigation, confidential communications with legal counsel, property acquisition, and personnel matters, pursuant to RSMo. A copy of the certified election results received from the Cape Girardeau County Clerk are attached for your review. STAFF RECOMMENDATION It is recommended that the Council make a motion to canvass the returns and declare the results of April 8, 2014, election.
