Four of the 8 members must have at least 6 years practical experience in 1 ofthe construction trades and be licensed in and actually engaged in working at their construction trade at the time of appointment. These four members must include not more than two of each of the following: plumber, mechanical installer, electrician, construction contractor, master drainlayer and plumbing fixture installer. Three members must be licensed as either a plumber, an electrician, a mechanical installer, a construction contractor, a master drainlayer or a plumbing fixture installer and must be actually engaged in working at their trade at the time of their appointment.
