Airport Board
Serve three year terms, appointed by Council. *Two members may be residents of Cape Girardeau, Scott, Bollinger or Perry

contractor, master drainlayer and plumbing fixture installer. Three members must be licensed as either a plumber, an
electrician, a mechanical installer, a construction contractor, a master drainlayeror a plumbing fixture installer and must be
actually engaged in working at their trade at the time of their appointment. One member need not be a licensed practitioner of
