AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
BRICK & IVY SECOND SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Brick & Ivy Second
Subdivision, being all of Lots 78, 79, and 80 in Range P of
Ingram' s Addition to the City of Cape Girardeau as recorded in
Plat Book 1 at Page 6 of the County land records, and part of an
alley vacated by City Ordinance No. 4518 and recorded in
Document No. 2026-01048 of the County land records, and all of
the North Frederick Street right-of-way vacated by City
Ordinance No. 5888 and recorded in Document No. 2026-01578 of
the County land records, all in U. S. P. S . 2199 in the City and
County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, submitted by Brick
& Ivy, LLC, bearing the certification of Christopher L. Koehler,
a Registered Land Surveyor, dated the 15th day of June, 2026,
including all exceptions and variances, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
