AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD
PLAT OF BROADVIEW ON THE HILL
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The record plat of Broadview On The Hill, being
a resubdivision of Part of Lots 1 and 2 of A Resubdivision of
Lot 21 of Independence West Commercial Subdivision, as Recorded
in Plat Book 15 at Page No. 44 of the Land Records of the County
Recorder' s Office and Being a Part of Outlot No. 81, U. S. P. S.
No. 2199, Township 30 North, Range 13 East of the Fifth
Principal Meridian, City and County of Cape Girardeau, State Of
Missouri, submitted by Ritter Southeast Holdings LLC, bearing
the certification of R. Christopher Bowen, a Registered Land
Surveyor, dated the 12th Day of February, 2026, is hereby
approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS day of QY 2026.
