AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD
PLAT OF Q' S CORNER SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Q' S Corner Subdivision, being
the North 88 Feet of Lots 19 and 20 in range "B" of the Painter
Partition of City Lots numbered 42 and 43 in Range "B", as shown
by Plat recorded in Plat Book 3, at Page 46, in the Land Records
of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri, in the City and County of
Cape Girardeau, State Of Missouri, submitted by The Estate of
Robert M. Aubuchon, bearing the certification of Rodney W. Amos,
a Registered Land Surveyor, dated the 4th Day of February, 2026,
is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto
the seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
