AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONIES FROM THE
GENERAL FUND FOR EXPENDITURES FOR THE POLICE
DEPARTMENT FOR FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30,
2025
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
ARTICLE 1 . The City Council of the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, hereby appropriates funds from the City' s General Fund
for Five Hundred Seventy-one Thousand, Four Hundred Seventy-seven
Dollars ($571, 477 . 00) for expendiatures to include acquiring police
canines and replacing/updating technologies and services .
ARTICLE 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval .
